Digital Video Recorders (DVR’s) no matter how good your cctv cameras are,the bottom line is if your DVR is one thats not capable of recording in high res then your CCTV footage is going to be bad.Also to have “real time recording” your dvr needs to support at least 25 frames PER camera channel,so for a 4 camera dvr that is 25 × 4 = 100 frames per second.
