Our intention is to try and source some really cool spy gadgets and devices from overseas manufacturers right round the globe and to bring them to the Australian market at a very competitive price.
We have been in the surveillance area for nearly 8 years so let us help you with that knowledge.

How to Order

For product ordering ‘online’ we ask that you use our secure shopping cart. You can surf and buy at the same time, simply follow the prompts along the way.

All orders received before midday are packaged and despatched the same day normally, this means that as an Australian customer you usually receive your products the next day, international orders will depend on location and courier method. You can email or phone to request a courier tracking number for extra confidence that your order is on its way.

Deposits on some orders

Some times SpyCam will require a 50% deposit depending on the order that is placed, and if the order has to be specially imported for the customer.

EFT and T/T orders are held until funds appear in our account. Normal despatch notifications are sent to the customer once the order is despatched.

Trading Policies

Freight

We will get all stocked items dispatched the same day if your order is placed before midday. We use a variety of couriers and we pick the best suited courier company for your delivery post code.Some equipment orders may require extra fees due to their size, weight etc, however if you have used our online shopping cart, the cart will automatically add this up for you. We will provide a high level of effort to dispatch your equipment on time. Responsibility for the goods passes to the buyer once the goods have been passed to the carrier. Insurance liability is therefore that of the buyer. Customers can call or email a request for a tracking number after 4.00pm, which can then under most circumstances be tracked on the freight carriers website. Spycam Surveillance Pty Ltd hold no responsibility for late deliveries. Tracking via the web site is not usually available till after 5.00pm of the day of despatch. Although a large percentage of our despatched items arrive at our clients the next working day, if your location/address is not in the couriers overnight zone, then please know that your parcel(s) may take longer (2-4 days).

PLEASE NOTE if you are not going to be at the specific address you gave us to accept the delivery then the package WILL be left by the courier at the address and obviously not get a signature as proof of delivery,so if the package goes missing after that,Spycam Surveillance Pty Ltd is NOT accountable.It is therefore down to you to make sure that someone is at the address to accept and sign for the package.
IF specifically requested the courier will NOT leave the package but once again if there is no one at home to accept the delivery, after you asking us not to leave the package, then you will be charged for the REDELIVERY because unfortunately this is what the freight companies charge us.By using the online order form you are therefore agreeing to us debiting your credit card for this charge if that happens.

International Post

The majority of international orders are sent via EMS express international freight unless otherwise specified on the individual products page. EMS post is AU$50.00 per 5kg and AU$20 each or part of 5kg after. The online shopping cart will add up your parcel weight for you

Legal responsibilities

Spycam Surveillance Pty Ltd sells some items that may be illegal to use in your area, e.g. telephone conversation recordings are illegal on Telstra lines, and many other networks. We offer these products for sale on the basis that the customer abides by his/her local regulations. Spycam Surveillance Pty Ltd does not accept any liability whatsoever for any injury, loss or damage sustained by the buyer however arising. Spycam Surveillance Pty Ltd makes no representations concerning the legality of certain product applications such as the making, transmission or recording of video and/or audio signals of others without their knowledge and/or consent. We encourage everyone to check and comply with all applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations before engaging in any form of surveillance or any transmission of radio frequencies.

Warranty

We offer a solid 12 month warranty with every product as a minimum time frame, from date of purchase. Depending on the problem with the product we may fix or replace it immediately for you and send it straight back to you. In cases, where the product needs to be sent back to the factory and the fault is due to ‘users mishandling’ we forward any freight costs and repair costs to the customer, regardless of warranty status. In this same situation and the product is faulty and under warranty we will pay all costs involved and return the product to you asap. Please be aware there can be up to a several weeks wait in some cases for warranty claims from overseas factories to be honoured.
